The President represents the PTO at school and community events, helps plan programs, and ensures everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

The Vice President also ensures that contracts are properly prepared and helps coordinate funds for school programs.

They ensure that funds are handled responsibly, monitor the budget, and provide regular financial reports to the board. The Treasurer also oversees fundraising money, processes reimbursements, and ensures that all required tax and financial reports are filed on time.
4
Secretary
The Secretary is responsible for keeping accurate records of all meetings and ensuring that meeting minutes are shared with the board and posted publicly. They maintain important corporate documents, our Google Drive, handle required notices, and ensure all records are available for review.
5
Director (Up to 8)
Directors help manage the overall activities of the PTO and participate in decision-making for fundraising and educational programs. This role is typically suited for first-time board members. Directors collaborate with the Board to plan events, adjust funding throughout the year, and ensure the PTO achieves its goals. They also serve on committees and assist with various tasks. Additionally, Directors often take on special assignments that align with experience and interests. Examples include website maintenance, communications, corporate sponsorship, and more.
